Overview

Steady is an offline-only habit tracking app. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Your information never leaves your device.

Data Collection

We collect nothing. Specifically:

• No personal information (name, email, phone number)
• No usage analytics or telemetry
• No crash reports sent to external servers
• No advertising identifiers
• No location data
• No health data shared externally
• No cookies or tracking pixels

Data Storage

All your habit data, journal entries, mood logs, and settings are stored locally on your device using an on-device database. This data is:

• Stored only on your iPhone
• Never transmitted over the internet
• Never shared with third parties
• Never backed up to our servers (we have no servers)
• Included in your iCloud device backup if you have iCloud Backup enabled (managed by Apple, not by us)

On-Device AI

Steady uses on-device processing to generate habit insights and correlations. All analysis happens locally on your device. No data is sent to any AI service, cloud API, or external server.

Third-Party Services

Steady does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

In-App Purchases

Steady offers an optional one-time in-app purchase ("Steady Pro") processed through Apple's App Store. Apple handles all payment processing. We do not receive or store any payment information.

Children's Privacy

Steady does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this privacy policy, we will post the new version here with an updated date. Since we collect no data, changes are unlikely.
